Objectives Greenhouse Gas Management
As a member of the Acer Group, the Company follows group policy and commits to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050, using 100% renewable energy by 2035, and aligning with the Science Based Targets (SBT) under the 1.5°C pathway, committing to a 50% reduction in operational emissions (Scope 1+2) by 2030 compared to 2019.
The Group commits to net-zero emissions by 2050, announcing its key net-zero strategy with 3 dimensions and 9 initiatives — addressing corporate operations, products & services, and low-carbon supply chains — through nine measures including reducing energy consumption, using renewable energy, carbon offsetting, low-carbon products and services, use of recycled materials, smart/circular/green energy applications, carbon reduction commitments, green manufacturing and logistics, and practicing a low-carbon circular economy.

Company Energy-saving Policies & Measures
Social Participation
The Company will continue to focus on the development of the Jiangong Neighborhood community, seeking deeper cooperation to leverage corporate resources for long-term positive impact on the community environment and residents' quality of life.
Community Care
The Company is committed to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility by enhancing environmental quality through community cleaning activities, promoting residents' health, and strengthening ties between the company and the local community. In 2024, the Company organized a community cleanup in Jiangong Neighborhood, taking concrete action to improve local sanitation.
The Jiangong Neighborhood covers residential areas, schools, parks, and some commercial zones, with a population of approximately 3,400. The area includes major commuter roads and public spaces used by over 1,500 people daily, making it an important activity area for residents and visitors. The Company organized corporate volunteers and community residents to participate in environmental cleanup of public spaces and main streets, covering community parks, sports courts, main sidewalks, and roadside areas. To ensure the effectiveness of the cleanup, the Company provided cleaning supplies including brooms, gloves, and eco-friendly trash bags, and set up appropriate waste sorting guides to help improve community environmental management.
A total of 21 volunteers participated in this activity, including company employees, Jiangong Neighborhood residents, and employees' family members.
Charity Activities
The Company actively promotes employee participation in Christmas charity activities, strongly encouraging staff to support sustainable development and social welfare through concrete actions. This year, the Company expanded its efforts to two employee-level initiatives: first, promoting second-hand goods exchange among employees to advocate environmental protection and resource recycling; second, supporting external charitable organizations to make Christmas not only warm but also socially meaningful.
The Company launched an internal "Christmas Second-hand Exchange Day," encouraging employees to bring unused but still usable items — such as books, household goods, toys, or clothing — and find new owners through an exchange mechanism, reducing waste and extending the lifespan of items. The venue featured a classified exchange area and offered "exchange points," allowing employees to interact and engage while obtaining new items, reinforcing the company's sharing culture and environmental awareness.
In partnership with external charitable organizations, the Company launched a "Christmas Gift Collection Program" targeting vulnerable social groups. Employees donated new or well-preserved items — such as warm clothing, school supplies, toys, or food packages — which were distributed through partner organizations to families and children in need. The Company also provided additional dedicated funding to charitable organizations to ensure donated resources could be used more effectively to help more people enjoy a warm Christmas.
Through this dual internal-external approach, the Company not only practiced the concept of sustainable management, but also deepened the bond between the company and the community, making Christmas charity activities an important moment for everyone inside and outside the company to participate together, sharing love and warmth.
Long-term Support for Cultural Activities
Supporting Local Sports Events
Acer Synergy Tech has long supported local sports events in Hsinchu, actively participating and inviting clients, suppliers, and partners to support the development of sports and cultural events, fostering local industry development.
Supporting Grassroots Basketball
Acer Synergy Tech supports grassroots basketball by sponsoring the HBL Class-A Southern team "Kao Yuan Industrial & Commercial Basketball Team" in establishing an official website, providing player rosters, schedules, and internal data to assist coaches in digital transformation, facilitating recruitment and team management.
