Starting as a junior salesperson and overcoming countless challenges, Han Zheng-da rose to become a business leader, successfully guiding Acer Synergy Tech to list on the Emerging Stock Market within three years, becoming one of Acer Group's "Tiger Team." CEO Han has excelled in IoT and smart manufacturing services while expanding into the semiconductor sector and overseas markets. He also serves as Chairman of the Taiwan Global Wireless Platform Advancement Association (GLORA) and President of the Taiwan-Japan Technology Cooperation Alliance, demonstrating his dedication to technological innovation and industry collaboration.

He invited Han Zheng-da to start an internal venture, giving birth to Acer Synergy Tech — a subsidiary focused on systems integration. Acer Synergy Tech listed on the Emerging Stock Market in just 3 years, reaching NTD 1.7 billion in revenue in 2023, while also incubating the subsidiary Acer iXRC, an IT staffing outsourcing business. Acer iXRC similarly achieved IPO status in just 3 years, officially elevating Acer Synergy Tech into the group's "Tiger Team."

"On the first day Acer Synergy Tech was founded, I announced we would pursue global services." Han Zheng-da believed that competing head-on with Taiwan's established SI giants wasn't viable, so the team needed to find its own advantages. As an Acer subsidiary, it should leverage the parent company's global resources. He noted that traditional SI companies were often restricted by geography — even when clients had needs, it was hard to deliver because overseas partners were difficult to find and local financial regulations were unfamiliar. For clients, ordering from a Taiwan vendor typically only got you on-site installation abroad; ongoing maintenance was hard for IT staff to handle in real time.
